For a day well spent, take a longer ride through Saanich to all the way to Land's End. 1. Start on Interurban Road where it intersects the TransCanada Highway, near Colquitz Junior Secondary. Ride north on Interurban, past Camosun College, up to West Saanich Road. Turn left and ride West Saanich north through Central Saanich, along the Saanich Inlet, all the way up to Land's End Road. 2. Turn right and enjoy the shore. 3. Take the BC Ferry passenger off-ramp and proceed over the overpass and continue on Land's End Road. Turn right onto the Pat Bay Highway and follow it south. 4. Turn right onto Brookleigh Road along Elk Lake, then left down Oldfield Road. Left onto West Saanich Road, then left back down Interurban back to the beginning. You've been to Land's End and back! |
